The innovative design of The Casting Catcher improved quality by making it easier to regulate specific casting tolerances and has simplified the detection of problem castings. By automating this process, the hard labor of cast hooking has been eliminated by mechanically catching the castings at the grinder. Reduction of workman's compensation claims due to injuries caused by physical repetitive motion (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) provided substantial savings to the company. Manpower was also improved by reducing the need for operators and assigning them to other positions in the company.

Overall, increased production and higher quality parts have resulted while decreasing injuries and lost time of workers. Our customer was so pleased with the Casting Catcher, they have purchased additional units for some of their other facilities located around the world.o
